Our self aligning composite bearing has been designed and manufactured specifically for use in abrasive and highly corrosive environments.

 

The use of self lubricating synthetic materials, in conjunction with 316 stainless steel ensures extended, maintenance free service where conventional bearings are unable to operate. 

 

Shown here is our composite bearing in service on a WGNZ Tipping Bucket. Sewage retention chambers are hydrogen sulfide rich environments and as such present an ideal situation for the installation of our unique bearings.
